The Reef provides spacious & modern facilities for regular clubs and classes.
Commercial bookings, e.g. yoga or dance classes, for regular users are typically priced at £18/hr for the Main Hall or £15/hr for the Upstairs Hall, but we offer discounts for early morning bookings, and special prices for ‘not for profit’ clubs and societies.
The main hall has a capacity limit of 100 if seated or 200 if standing, it measures 16m x 7.5m.
The room is equipped with 54 upholstered chairs and 15 x 2m trestle tables.
The upstairs hall has a capacity limit of 60. It measures 12m x 6m and has a small adjoining 4.5m x 3.5m TV lounge which can be separated with a room divider.
Also upstairs is a fully equiped commercial kitchen. If hiring the upstairs room then you can use the kitchen for free to serve light refreshments.
The room is equipped with 36 chairs, 6 x 1m square tables, and 4 round bistro tables.
Both halls are equipped with WIFI. Music can be played over the speakers in either hall from any phone, tablet or other device with Bluetooth, by connecting your device to our music receiver. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use the WIFI and/or the music system.
