Fundraising Events

Hold your bake sale, jumble sale or other fundraising event at The Reef in the heart of Colehill.

The Reef is used regularly for fund raising events for our own Reef Charity, to fund our Youth Club and other community activities.  It is also used regularly by Colehill Parish Council for community events and celebrations including Charity Coffee Mornings, Easter Egg Hunts, and Coronation Celebrations.

Charity or ‘Not for Profit’ organistaions can hire either hall for £15/hr.  Regular hirers receive special discounted rates of £12/hr for the Main Hall and £10/hr for the Upstairs Hall.

The main hall downstairs has a large capacity, accomodating up to 100 seated or 300 standing/dancing, with space to accomodate any additional facilities you may want to hire independently such as a band or DJ.
The room is equipped with 54 upholstered chairs and 15 x 2m trestle tables.

The upstairs hall is great for smaller events and is also available for £15/hr.  It comes with a fully equiped commercial kitchen which you can use for free to serve light refreshments.
The room is equipped with 36 chairs, 6 x 1m square tables, and 4 round bistro tables, additional tables and chairs may be available on request.

Or if you want the best of both worlds, why not hire both halls for £30/hr. 

A number of additional facilities are available for additional charges, please request when booking:
– £5 to hire glassware (70 wine glasses, 90 tumblers).
– £5 to hire crockery & cutlery (to serve up to 40 people).
– £10 for the upstairs hall to be decorated with party bunting, available in a variety of colours.

Both halls are equipped with WIFI.  Music can be played over the speakers in either hall from any phone, tablet or other device with Bluetooth, by connecting your device to our music receiver.  Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use the WIFI and/or the music system.
