Fundraising Events

Hold your bake sale, jumble sale or other fundraising event at The Reef in the heart of Colehill.

The Reef is used regularly for fund raising events for our own Reef Charity, to fund our Youth Club and other community activities.  It is also used regularly by Colehill Parish Council for community events and celebrations including Charity Coffee Mornings, Easter Egg Hunts, and School Uniform Sales.

Tea station with fridge (including mugs, tumblers, side plates and cutlery for 40 people)

Suitable for an indoor bouncy castle up to 7.5ft tall
Use of our large outside gated astro turf garden with an electric point and accessed through double doors directly from the hall
Fitted with hooks for decorations
Wall mounted 120 inch projector screen (projector also available to hire upon advance request)

Capacity & size: 60 people. 12m x 6m with an adjoining 4.5m x 3.5m breakout space which can be separated with a room divider.

Building Information

Access: Platform lift for those with accessibility needs or pushchairs

Wifi: Wifi details are provided with access information sent to hirers in advance of your booking

Music: Both halls are fitted with speaker systems which can either be accessed by connecting via bluetooth (upon advance request).  Until 3rd January 2025, the sound system can only be used in one hall at a time so please let us know as soon as possible is you would like to use the sound system so that we may reserve it for you.  To use the system you will need to arrange a date to come in before your booking to pair the device you would like to use to the system.

Decorations: 
Both halls are fitted with hooks to enable you to decorate.  The use of cellotape, blue tack or removable hooks is not permitted.  If you have any particular requirements to enable you to decorate please get in touch.
For an additional charge of £10 we will decorate the room for you with bunting in your choice of blue, pink, green, red or yellow!
Unless you speak to us in advance, there may be bunting up in varying colours for another booking in either hall during your hire.  If you would prefer that there is no bunting during your party hire then please include this within your requirements when you book.

How to book?

Bookings can either be made by contacting us (admin@thereef.uk) or via the Hallmaster booking system.

When booking, you must include time for setting up and clearing up.  You will only have access to the building for the times that you book for.

Using the Hallmaster system;

Select ‘View Availability’ below to view our live calendar
  1. Choose which hall you would like to book at the top of the page (select ‘All rooms’ to have exclusive use of the building)
  2. Click “+” against the date you want to book
  3. Complete the booking form and select ‘ Save and email booking’.  If you have not previously used the Hallmaster system you will need to set yourself us as a customer by selecting the ‘Add Customer’ option next to the ‘Customer’ box.
  4. Your request will then be sent to us to confirm and we will be in touch very shortly.
