In 2024 we introduced a new scheme to offer 25 hours of FREE community space to 3 charities or ‘not for profit’ community groups.
The trustees have agreed to repeat this offer again this year.
Nominate a group by emailing admin@thereef.uk before 31st October 2025, providing the group’s name, status, purpose, address and how you would use the hire time.
Who is Eligible?
Any non-profit making groups, associations, organisations or charities benefitting local residents, with priority given to those benefitting residents of Colehill, Wimborne and surrounding areas, but any group benefitting residents in Dorset will be considered.
What Will You Receive?
25 hours of free hire time in either our Main Hall or Upstairs Hall & Kitchen, to be used within 12 months of receiving confirmation of a successful nomination.
What Can the Hours be Used For?
Anything!
Meetings, parties, fundraising actvities, social get togethers, training or anything else which would benefit your group.
How Will the Groups be Chosen?
The Reef trustees will consider the benefit nominees provide to local residents and how the group’s purpose and/or proposed use of the time fits with the Reef’s own charitable objectives.
