Fridays 11:10am - 12:10pm

A slower pace Restorative Yoga. Combining, Stretch, Strength, Balance, Breath work. Including Relaxation. Myofascia release and meditation.

Hatha Yoga is suitable for everyone, it’s a slower restorative Yoga. Beginners or people who are returning would suit this class. Adjustments and alternatives are given as a matter of practice.

Hatha uses breath work with Poses, and yoga positions. Combining Myofascia techniques to complement Fascia relief.

Hatha reduces blood pressure, reduces cortisol levels which means it helps with wellbeing alongside aiding fat loss while increasing flexibility and strength. It also results in increased balance skills it addition to relaxing, resting and restoring the nervous system, which therefore increases immunity. Through the contracting and stretching of the muscles, Hatha is also efficient at sculpting the body.

Pay as you go = £8.00 per class

Paying Monthly (in a block) will reduce your class rate and therefore works out as £6.00 per class.
